ALL SALES ARE FINAL DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC. NO EXCEPTIONS

RETURN POLICY POST PANDEMIC IS AS FOLLOWS:

RETURN POLICY:

We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment. 

-All orders placed under promotion or with use of discount code is FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- Accessories and bodysuits are all FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

-No refunds. If an item is eligible order for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchased price of the item(s) exclusive of original shipping charges. All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item. 

RETURN SHIPPING: 

- Is the customers responsibility. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

- Please email bisous.boutiqueclothing@gmail.com.

- Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.

- Qualified return merchandise must be UNWORN, SCENT FREE, UNWASH, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt. 

STORE CREDIT: 

Store Credit is non-transferrable 

- Store Credit will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt merchandise. 

- Maintaining track of status is the responsibility of the customer. 

- Store Credit does not expire.

EXCHANGES: 

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unworn, scent free, unwashed, and all tags attached item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue you a store credit gift card. You may then place an order for the desire size using your store credit. 

DAMAGES: 

- If you receive a damaged item, please email bisous.boutiqueclothing@gmail.com immediately along with a picture of damaged merchandise. 

- Please email us within 7 days of receipt merchandise with supporting evidence for a refund/store credit to be honored. 

EXCEPTIONS:

- If you constantly request a return/store credit, you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy. 

 - Please feel free to reach out to our customer service for sizing or style advice. They are willing to measure the merchandise for you if you struggle with selecting the appropriate size.
